From start to finish, every aspect of our production process is designed to eliminate dirt and contaminants from entering the process and ending up in your pellets. We begin with hardwood logs that are delivered to us with the bark on. After we start the process and remove the bark, our clean, pure hardwood never touches the ground and is not exposed to the elements.

Our promise to provide a perfect burn continues after our pellets are produced. To ensure that only pure hardwood pellets end up in our bags, our pellets go through two additional cleaning processes. First, our pellets are screened to remove any fines followed by automatic aspiration that removes any remaining dust particles.
